One final word on coworking spaces
I’ve written about coworking on this blog for over a decade. Here’s my final opinion on it. I promise.
There’s one hard and fast rule regarding the economics of a coworking space.
You must have more members than seats. If you don’t, you’ll go bust. It’s as simple as that.
If you don’t have more members than seats before the end of your runway, your coworking space is sucking money from somewhere else, perhaps a local government subsidy or it’s part of another project that props up your coworking space financially.
